A friendly young adult cartoon presenter with expressive eyes…

Description

Vibrant, colorful 2D cartoon animation in a professional educational documentary style, 16:9 widescreen, single continuous shot. A friendly young adult cartoon presenter with expressive eyes, friendly face, consistent hairstyle, casual modern clothes, and natural hand gestures stands on the LEFT, while the animated story unfolds on the RIGHT. Show California during the severe 2015 drought: dry cracked ground surrounds a reservoir with very little water under a hot, bright sky. The presenter looks surprised and points toward the drought-stricken reservoir. Smooth camera movement and polished animation, with no real photographs, stock footage, or slideshow elements. A separate Persian narrator speaks in Persian only, with Persian subtitles on screen; the presenter does not speak. The presenter reacts naturally with curiosity and concern as the camera transitions toward an animated aerial view of the Los Angeles Reservoir, where engineers examine the unusually low water level and discuss a strange solution. Keep the presenter visible throughout, using smooth documentary-style transitions. The narrator says in Persian, «در سال ۲۰۱۵، ایالت کالیفرنیا با خشکسالی و کمبود منابع آب روبه‌رو بود.»
