Cartoon-style illustration using my face as the main character

Description

Create a cartoon-style illustration using my face as the main character. Turn it into a cool animated video with smooth movement, vibrant colours, and a professional cartoon look. Keep my facial features recognisable. Make the video 11 seconds long. If possible, create a 10-minute version instead. Use my uploaded photo as the face reference. Animated cartoon with smooth animation, in exactly the style described above; when no style is described, a vibrant, colourful cartoon.
