A vibrant cartoon with colours and smooth animation. Short cartoon-style animated video in a cozy apartment. Two characters: a guest and a host. Natural acting, realistic everyday situation, not photorealistic. Use the following dialogue word for word, with natural English pronunciation and English subtitles: Guest: Hi, could you help me with the washing machine? It's leaking. Host: Sure. I'll come and have a look. Guest: Thanks. And there's another problem. The drain in the bathroom is blocked. Host: Oh, okay. I'll call the plumber. He was here last week because a pipe had burst in the building. Guest: I see. And yesterday the power went out for about ten minutes. Is that normal here? Host: Not usually. There was a problem with the electricity in the area. By the way, is the socket next to the bed working? Guest: No, it isn't. And the light bulb has burnt out. Host: Right, I'll replace the bulb and check the socket. Guest: Thanks. Oh, and the handle has come off the kitchen cupboard. Host: No problem. I'll fix that too. Guest: One more thing-the toilet is blocked. Host: Okay, I'll ask the plumber to take care of that as well.
