A vibrant cartoon with colours and smooth animation. Create a funny 30-second 3D animated Indian cartoon comedy scene featuring two goofy best friends in a colorful middle-class Indian neighborhood. One friend is short, overconfident and always makes silly plans, while the other is slightly taller, innocent and easily confused. They speak in natural funny Hinglish with expressive faces and exaggerated cartoon reactions. The short friend tries to impress everyone by showing off his "genius" idea, but his plan hilariously backfires. Include funny body language, dramatic zoom-ins, playful background music, comic sound effects, bright colorful visuals, smooth animation, and fast comedic timing. Make the characters completely original and do not copy any existing cartoon characters, designs, names, voices, or scenes.
