A vibrant cartoon with colours and smooth animation. Create a funny 3D cartoon character for a YouTube Shorts video. He is a teenage boy with messy dark brown hair, big expressive eyes, a small nose, and a goofy confident smile. He wears a bright blue hoodie, black pants, and white sneakers. Give him exaggerated facial expressions and energetic body movements. Use a colorful, polished animated-movie style with soft lighting and a simple colorful background. Make the character look friendly, funny, and memorable, with consistent appearance across every scene. Vertical 9:16 format.
