A vibrant cartoon with colours and smooth animation. Create a 60-second colorful 3D children's cartoon about a 7-year-old boy named Milo who discovers a magical golden pencil. The pencil makes his drawings come alive. Milo draws an apple, a blue bird and a cute puppy named Spark. Make it funny, exciting and suitable for children aged 4-8. Add child-friendly narration, character dialogue, cheerful background music and playful sound effects. Keep Milo and Spark's appearance consistent throughout the video.
