A vibrant cartoon with bright colours and smooth animation, shown as one continuous short animated shot. A small cat finds a red balloon in the street and tries to catch it. The balloon flies up over the trees, and the cat runs after it in a funny adventure. In the end, the balloon falls in front of a small child, who gives the cat a beautiful toy.
