A vibrant cartoon with colours and smooth animation. A cute little boy named Leo finds a tiny baby dragon in his backyard. The dragon is scared and sneezes a huge burst of colorful glitter! Leo laughs and says, "Wow! You're adorable!" Suddenly, the tiny dragon grows wings and flies around Leo three times, leaving a rainbow trail in the sky. Leo jumps with excitement and shouts, "Best friend ever!" Make it bright, funny, cute, magical, and exciting. Use expressive cartoon characters, smooth animation, playful sound effects, cheerful background music, and a fun American English child-friendly voiceover.
