A vibrant cartoon with bright colours and smooth animation. Create a humorous 2D Indian cartoon video, entirely in Hindi, with Hindi voiceover and Hindi subtitles. The video is approximately 60-90 seconds long. Raju is a funny young electrician, confident in his work but sometimes making small, amusing mistakes. Sonu is Raju's funny helper who is always asking questions. Scene 1: Raju and Sonu arrive at a house to fix an electrical problem. Raju confidently says in Hindi, "सोनू, आज का काम बहुत आसान है। बस पाँच मिनट का काम है!" Scene 2: Sonu looks at the electrical panel and asks in Hindi, "भाई, अगर काम इतना आसान है तो आपने हेलमेट क्यों पहना है?" Raju replies in Hindi, "सुरक्षा के लिए!" Scene 3: Raju starts working on the electrical problem. Keep the action as a single continuous animated shot with smooth movement, expressive cartoon character animation, and consistent character appearance.
