A vibrant cartoon with colours and smooth animation. Create a 10-second standalone funny 2D cartoon animation. CHARACTERS: A goofy Indian college boy, 19 years old, oversized head and tiny body, huge round eyes, messy fluffy black hair, round cheeks, blue T-shirt, dark jeans, white sneakers and a huge backpack. A smart Indian college girl, 19 years old, oversized head and tiny body, huge expressive eyes, shoulder-length black hair, pink kurti, blue jeans and white sneakers. Keep both characters in an exaggerated cute cartoon style with thick black outlines and vibrant colours. SCENE: Inside a colourful college classroom, the goofy boy suddenly pulls an antibiotic medicine strip from his enormous backpack. He holds it above his head like a superhero holding a magical weapon. He gives a ridiculously confident smile, raises one eyebrow and proudly says: "Antibiotics! The solution to EVERYTHING!" Add dramatic superhero music and a glowing effect around the medicine. The girl stares at him for two seconds. Then she slowly facepalms with an extremely exaggerated "Are you serious?" expression. Add a funny facepalm sound effect. Use oversized heads, tiny bodies, huge eyes, squash-and-stretch animation, dramatic zoom-in and meme-style comedy. Make it cute, silly and extremely cartoonish, NOT realistic.
