STREET LEVEL INSANITY - EPISODE 1

Description

STREET LEVEL INSANITY - EPISODE 1 A gritty, raunchy adult 2D animated comedy anthology set on the streets of downtown Ottawa. Ten independent sketches explore the absurdity of street life, social services, survival, paranoia, bureaucracy, and hustling through dark humour, exaggerated characters, chaotic slapstick, and sharp, profanity-filled punchlines. Scene 1 - The Impossible Client: A homeless man spends three months chasing his caseworker, only to discover he's the worker's only client. Scene 2 - Everybody's a Cop: Five paranoid street guys accuse each other of being undercover cops while mistaking an actual uniformed officer for a crackhead. Scene 3 - Pharmacy Speedrun: A man races across Ottawa to reach the pharmacy before closing, only to discover he already received his dose. Scene 4 - Five Minutes, Bro: A man watches his friend's backpack for five minutes that somehow turn into decades. Scene 5 - Street Weather Network: A street weatherman forecasts withdrawals, pharmacy rushes, cold fronts, and catastrophic weekend pharmacy hours. Scene 6 - BUTTCOIN: A street entrepreneur launches a cryptocurrency backed by cigarette butts, creating a financial bubble that ends in garbage bags. Scene 7 - Cheque Day Celebrity: A man becomes wildly popular on cheque day, then loses every friend the moment his money disappears. Scene 8 - The Pigeon Pandemic: A coughing pigeon triggers mass panic, homemade protective suits, and an absurd public-health emergency. Scene 9 - Apparently I'm Dead: A living man struggles to convince everyone he isn't dead while attending his own memorial. Scene 10 - Independent Adult Living: A tenant moves into supportive housing advertised as independent living, only to discover endless restrictions, surveillance, and absolutely no privacy. ANIMATION & PRODUCTION: Crude, expressive, hand-drawn 2D adult cartoon style with thick black outlines, muted urban colours, exaggerated anatomy, highly varied character designs, recognizable Ottawa locations, and gritty street backgrounds. Each sketch is self-contained, with escalating absurdity and a strong final punchline. Generate every scene separately, with each new shot or major action beat created as an individual video clip for editing. Maintain consistent visual style and character continuity throughout. Animated cartoon with smooth animation, in exactly the style described above; when no style is described, a vibrant, colourful cartoon.
