Vertical 9:16 animated cartoon in Russian…

Description

Create a vertical 9:16 animated cartoon in Russian, 40 seconds long, in the style of TikTok survival stories. Use one consistent cartoon character, Andrey, throughout. Andrey learns that a tsunami will occur in 90 days. Show him collecting and storing water and canned food, carrying boxes, and building a shelter. Use smooth character movements and smooth scene transitions. Include a serious male narrator voice in Russian, Russian subtitles, and tense music. Do not use photographs or 3D graphics. End with Andrey looking out the window and seeing an enormous wave approaching; he becomes frightened. Finish on this suspenseful moment as an intriguing cliffhanger. Use vibrant, colourful 2D cartoon animation with smooth animation throughout, preserving the same character design and appearance in every scene.
