Description

Sure. Here is a **15-second cartoon concept and video-generation prompt** based on your YouTube topic, designed to be dramatic but avoid portraying any specific real person as guilty. ### Cartoon Concept - 15 Seconds **Scene:** A dramatic Canadian bank interior. Cartoon-style bank vault and computers in the background. Two anonymous cartoon characters wearing business clothes look suspiciously at a laptop displaying **"BANK FRAUD INVESTIGATION"**. Canadian dollar notes and digital transaction symbols appear around them. In the background, Canadian police/investigators enter the scene with documents. **Ending:** The camera quickly zooms toward a large red **"INVESTIGATION"** stamp, while the Canadian flag appears in a circular badge in the corner. ### 15-Second Video Prompt Create a dramatic 15-second 2D news-cartoon animation about an alleged major fraud investigation involving Canadian banks. 0-4 seconds: Show a modern Canadian bank interior with a large vault, computer screens, Canadian dollar symbols and transaction graphics. Two anonymous cartoon businessmen nervously look at a laptop showing "BANK FRAUD INVESTIGATION". 4-8 seconds: The camera moves toward the laptop screen. Red warning graphics, suspicious transaction lines and rapidly changing numbers appear. Keep all characters fictional and anonymous. 8-12 seconds: Cartoon investigators enter the bank holding documents and examining computer records. Add dramatic but professional newsroom-style lighting and fast camera movement. 12-15 seconds: Zoom dramatically toward a large red "INVESTIGATION" stamp appearing over financial documents. Display a small Canadian flag inside a circular badge in the upper-right corner. Style: high-quality 2D editorial news cartoon, realistic proportions with slightly exaggerated expressions, cinematic composition, clean details, bright enough for YouTube, moderate contrast, dramatic newsroom atmosphere, smooth animation, no gore, no weapons, no identifiable real people, no implication that any specific nationality or individual is guilty. Aspect ratio: 16:9, 1280×720, fast-paced 15-second YouTube news visual. Animated cartoon with smooth animation, in exactly the style described above; when no style is described, a vibrant, colourful cartoon.
