Description

Create a 4-second vertical 9:16 high-quality 3D cartoon animation. A cute little green baby dinosaur wearing a yellow fishing vest stands beside a pond, holding a fishing rod. Suddenly, the rod bends sharply and the dinosaur opens its eyes wide in surprise and shouts in a funny cartoon voice: "Whoa!" Add a sudden fishing-line sound, gentle water ambience, and a funny splash at the end. Smooth character movement, expressive face, vibrant colors, cinematic 3D cartoon style. Include synchronized dialogue and sound effects. No narrator, no subtitles, no extra characters. Animated cartoon with smooth animation, in exactly the style described above; when no style is described, a vibrant, colourful cartoon.
