Description

Create a high-quality 3D animated comedy scene in the style of a polished European animated television series, set in a fictional Albanian village called Kodra. Location: A traditional rustic Albanian café owned by Xha Meti, with warm stone walls, a terracotta-tiled roof, wooden tables, outdoor chairs and beautiful Albanian mountains in the background. Warm afternoon sunlight. Characters: Xha Meti, an elderly Albanian village café owner with a moustache, expressive facial features and a humorous, slightly grumpy personality. A second villager sits at a table drinking espresso. Action: Xha Meti wipes a wooden table, looks towards the villager and says sarcastically in natural Albanian: Xha Meti: "Në këtë katund, të gjithë janë politikanë, po asnjëri s'di me rregullu një rrugë!" The villager laughs, nearly spilling his espresso. Xha Meti shakes his head and smirks. Animation: Expressive facial movements, natural gestures, accurate Albanian lip-sync, cinematic camera movement and detailed 3D characters. Audio: Authentic Albanian voices, light birdsong, espresso cups clinking and subtle village ambience. Duration: 8-10 seconds. Format: 16:9 widescreen, 1080p. Important: Maintain consistent character appearances and location design across future episodes. No subtitles, no text overlays, no character morphing, no distorted hands or faces. Animated cartoon with smooth animation, in exactly the style described above; when no style is described, a vibrant, colourful cartoon.
