Funny, cute baby cartoon for YouTube Shorts in vertical 9:16 format

Description

Create a 15-second funny, cute baby cartoon for YouTube Shorts in vertical 9:16 format. Show two adorable baby characters, a boy and a girl, both with large, expressive eyes and exaggerated, amusing facial expressions. Use smooth, fluid animation with lively gestures, playful reactions, and comedic timing. The visual style should be a vibrant, colourful cartoon with appealing character designs and a cheerful atmosphere. In one continuous shot, the baby boy looks at the girl with a cheeky, confident expression and says in Hindi, "ए पापा की परी, इतना attitude क्यों दिखाती हो?" The baby girl immediately responds with a sassy, unimpressed look and says in Hindi, "पहले अपनी शक्ल देख, फिर मुझसे बात करना!" Emphasize their expressive eyes, synchronized lip movements, and humorous facial reactions to make the exchange cute and funny. Keep both characters visually consistent throughout the clip, with smooth animation and clear dialogue delivery, suitable for a short, entertaining animated cartoon video.
