Description

Create a colorful 2D cartoon animation about children cleaning a dirty public park. Show rubbish scattered on the grass and an overflowing trash bin. The children work together to collect the rubbish, then ask the barangay officials for more trash bins. New bins arrive, and the children label them PAPER, PLASTIC, and BOTTLES. End with a clean, beautiful park and a message that keeping the environment clean is everyone's responsibility. Animated cartoon with smooth animation, in exactly the style described above; when no style is described, a vibrant, colourful cartoon.
