A darkly atmospheric fairy tale about Ukraine

Description

A vibrant cartoon with rich colours and smooth animation, presented as a darkly atmospheric fairy tale about Ukraine. In a dimly lit office filled with drifting smoke, a black-gloved hand places a cigar on a map of the USSR. The glowing tip slowly burns a hole through the map. Beside it, Pushok, a small hairless Pomeranian, trembles and stares directly into the camera with an anxious, expressive face. The scene transitions to Oshchipov, an elegant, intellectual gentleman wearing a hat, a formal suit, a tie, and black gloves, standing beside a window with a cigar in his hand. Pushok sits silently at his feet. Oshchipov begins narrating in Russian, with composed, refined delivery and a subtle, sardonic tone: "Жили-были... Нет. Жила-была большая страна. Заводы до горизонта, склады, флот, ракеты. И однажды хозяина не стало. А когда в доме нет хозяина, появляются очень заботливые люди. Позвольте представиться: пан Ощипов. А это Пушок. Раньше он был пушистым." As the narration ends, Pushok lets out a small sigh and looks directly into the camera, communicating his feelings entirely through facial expressions without speaking. Maintain the vibrant cartoon aesthetic, expressive character animation, smooth movement, rich colours, smoky atmosphere, and cinematic lighting throughout. Single continuous animated shot, with fluid transitions and no abrupt cuts.
