Educational 2D cartoon in French about road safety

Description

A vibrant cartoon with colours and smooth animation. Create a 60-second educational 2D cartoon in French about road safety. Scene 1: A driving instructor teaches students in a driving school classroom about the red octagonal STOP sign and explains why it is important. Scene 2: Show a responsible driver approaching an intersection, making a complete stop at the stop line, checking traffic in both directions, and proceeding safely. Scene 3: Show an impatient driver ignoring the STOP sign. Another car brakes suddenly to avoid an accident. Scene 4: A traffic police officer stops the careless driver safely, explains the violation, and issues a traffic ticket. Scene 5: Return to the instructor, who concludes in French: "Au panneau STOP, l'arrêt complet est obligatoire. Je m'arrête, j'observe, je passe en sécurité." Use consistent cartoon characters, clear French narration, natural dialogue, subtitles, and simple road environments. Make the lesson easy to understand, realistic, and slightly humorous. No crashes or injuries.
