Description

A vibrant, polished 3D cartoon animation in vertical 9:16 format, with vivid colours, smooth motion, expressive characters and a funny, energetic viral TikTok aesthetic. Open on an extreme close-up of a funny, relatable adult cartoon character with messy hair, expressive eyes and casual clothes, slumped at a desk looking overwhelmed. Their phone displays a giant 1% battery icon as a dramatic red LOW ENERGY graphic flashes, accompanied by a funny alarm and a quick camera shake. The character stares at the screen, then looks directly into the camera with exaggerated comic frustration. Suddenly, the door bursts open and a cheerful, confident adult friend in trendy sportswear and sneakers spins into the room wearing sunglasses, holding a shaker containing a Herbalife smoothie. The camera dramatically zooms in as the friend grins and gestures toward the exit. The tired character raises their eyebrows in surprised curiosity. Bright green animated arrows and playful sparkles swirl around them, creating anticipation for a fresh start. Smooth character animation, appealing 3D textures, cinematic lighting, dynamic camera movement and natural comedic timing. Natural Polish voice acting with synchronized lip movements. The tired character says in Polish: "Dobra, moje nawyki potrzebują aktualizacji!" The energetic friend replies: "Do Zdrowych Kalorii w Łomiankach! Lecimy!" Cheerful upbeat music, playful whoosh effects and lively sound design. Keep character appearances consistent, with a warm, welcoming wellness-advertisement tone.
