Set in a warm, lively home filled with love

Description

A vibrant cartoon with bright, rich colours and smooth animation, set in a warm, lively home filled with love. Little Salem, a young boy, owns a favourite book filled with wonderful stories about the history of the Sultanate of Oman and its breathtaking natural landscapes. Every day, when Salem finishes reading, he folds the corner of the page to mark where he stopped. As time passes, he notices that the pages of his beloved book are becoming creased and damaged. Sad to see his favourite book deteriorating, Salem decides to find a way to protect its pages without harming them. His older sister, Maryam, approaches him with a warm smile and says in Arabic, "يا سالم، الكتاب صديقنا، ولنحمي صفحاته نحتاج إلى 'فاصل كتاب'، وما رأيك أن نصنعه بنفسنا ليعبر عن حبنا لوطننا عُمان؟" Salem becomes very excited by her idea, and Maryam brings over a piece of cardboard so they can begin making their own bookmark inspired by their love for Oman.
