Description

animation. Inside Junie Kowalski's small apartment kitchen at night, beneath a flickering fluorescent light, Junie, a 28-year-old woman wearing dental hygienist scrubs, chipped nail polish, and a hair tie around her wrist, stands opposite Rhys Calloway, a handsome 31-year-old man with a confident smile. Two half-eaten pad thai containers sit on the counter between them. Junie carefully places a pregnancy test showing two lines beside the food, watching Rhys's reaction with tense fascination. Rhys looks down at the test, then back at her. His expression transforms into a perfectly convincing mixture of shock and overwhelming joy. He rises, gently cups her face in his hands, and pulls her into an embrace. Junie holds him tightly, studying his face over his shoulder. Behind her, Rhys's eyes remain fixed on the pregnancy test, his smile lingering while his expression subtly shifts into something calculated and unreadable. The camera slowly pushes in, capturing Junie's uncertain hope and the unsettling contrast between their expressions. Fluorescent light flickers overhead, vivid colours and fluid character animation emphasize the emotional tension. One continuous cinematic shot, expressive facial movements, subtle body language, no cuts.
