Funny cartoon conversation between two friends in a kitchen

Description

A vibrant cartoon with colours and smooth animation. Create a funny cartoon conversation between two friends in a kitchen. Character 1 walks into the kitchen and says, "Brother, today I'm cooking the best rice in the world!" Character 2 looks at the empty cooking pot and says, "You? Last time you nearly burned the water!" Character 1 looks shocked and replies, "Water cannot burn! Who told you that?" Both friends laugh. Make the characters move, walk, change facial expressions, and speak with funny voices. Use a colorful cartoon style, funny timing, and a vertical format for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels.
