One day a fluffy white cloud named Puff lost his rain

Description

A vibrant cartoon with colours and smooth animation. 1. The Little Cloud Who Forgot How to Rain One day a fluffy white cloud named Puff lost his rain. He tried and tried, but only tiny sparkles came out. A little bird flew up and said, "Maybe you need to laugh!" So Puff thought of the funniest thing - a penguin sliding on a banana peel. He laughed so hard that big, happy raindrops fell everywhere. The flowers danced and the kids played in the puddles. Puff never forgot how to rain again... because he always remembered to laugh first.
