Raghu is a hardworking young farmer living in a beautiful Indian village. At the beginning, Raghu has a thin and weak-looking body and wears a blue kurta, white dhoti and red gamcha. He works hard in his green fields every day. One day, while working, Raghu looks at himself and decides, "Main roz itni mehnat karta hoon, ab apni body bhi banaunga!" From the next morning, Raghu starts exercising along with farming. He does push-ups near his field, carries heavy grain sacks, works with a traditional plough and continues farming every day. Show a motivational time-lapse of many days and months passing, with sunrise, sunset and changing seasons. Gradually Raghu becomes stronger and muscular while continuing his farming work. After several months, show Raghu standing proudly in his green field with a strong muscular physique, blue kurta with rolled-up sleeves, white dhoti and red gamcha. The villagers see him and become surprised. One villager jokingly asks, "Raghu, tu kisan hai ya bodybuilder?" Raghu laughs and replies, "Bhai, main dono hoon... fasal bhi ugaata hoon aur muscles bhi!" Everyone laughs happily. End with Raghu working proudly in his field during a beautiful golden sunset while the villagers admire him.
