In a cheerful 2D style

Description

A vibrant cartoon with bright colours and smooth animation, in a cheerful 2D style. Single continuous shot. A cheerful round green cartoon germ with big eyes sits on a human palm and maliciously giggles. The germ says in Russian, "Ха-ха! Я здесь, чтобы испортить тебе день!" The palm turns, and water mixed with soap pours over the germ. The germ panics and shrivels. It says in Russian, "Ой-ой! Только не мыло!" The germ disappears with a small "poof" sound. A clean, glowing smiley appears and gives a thumbs-up. The smiley says in Russian, "Чистые руки - здоровый ты!" At the end, on-screen Russian text appears: "Мойте руки перед едой!" with a cheerful "ding!" sound.
